I'm Blake, and over the last nine years I’ve facilitated 1000's of sessions helping clients reach their health and fitness goals through exercise, eating better foods, and building healthier habits.

I became interested in training at a young age when I discovered that weight training made me a better athlete. However, when I graduated from college and began a desk job, my body started to change. I gained weight and was adding body fat by the day due to inactivity and eating out for every meal. I put a stake in the ground and said NO MORE! I changed my eating habits, started exercising, and became healthy again.

Most recently, I've lost two grandparents to Dementia and Alzheimers, have current family members battling cancer, and many friends battling being overweight and obese. I have had enough, and I'm determined to spread the message of health and wellness to others.
