8 WEEK JUMP-START PROGRAM

The 8 week program is designed for the client that is looking for a jump-start to their fitness. The program includes 16 total workouts with me (2 per week), 16 total workouts on your own (your choice of walking, jogging, biking, elliptical, etc.) with a layer of accountability from me, 2 fitness assessments so we can see your progress, and a food journal critique. At the end of the 8 weeks, I will set you free and give you a written program that you can use to start exercising on your own.
