1) One 30 minute coaching call per week  

2) Written program

Everyone's fitness level is different, which is why my workouts are not a one size fits all. I tailor every program to fit your needs. If you're a beginner, we'll start slow and I'll introduce new exercises appropriately. If you're an expert, your program will reflect your expertise.

3) Nutrition coaching

You can't "outrun" a bad diet. Proper nutrition is key critical to accomplishing your health goals and can make or break fat loss. We start slow, building one healthy nutrition habit at a time and eliminating nutrition deficiencies while we're at it. 

4) Built-in accountability through our shared calendar and daily check-ins

This is one of the most powerful components of the program. I hold you accountable through our shared calendar the entire duration that we work together. 

5) Unlimited phone, email, and text support

I know you'll have questions along the way, that's why you'll have access to me via email or phone and can contact me anytime during the program.
