Who is this program for?

  • Males or females between 18 and 65 years old.

  • You want to get stronger, leaner, and healthier.

  • You are coachable.

 Who is this program NOT for?

  • Bodybuilders, competitors, or models.

  • Athletes looking for skill specific coaching.

  • Those looking for a quick fix or magic pill.

 12 Month Program - $250 first month, $150 a month thereafter

The 12 month program includes 

1) One 30 minute coaching session per month (by phone or Skype)

Coaching sessions are scheduled once a month. These are not exercise sessions, but are just as important as we will discuss your program, roadblocks, and I answer any questions you have about the program. 

2) Written program

Everyone's fitness level is different, which is why my workouts are not a one size fits all. I tailor every program to fit your needs. If you're a beginner, we'll start slow and I'll introduce new exercises appropriately. If you're an expert, your program will reflect your expertise.

3) Nutrition coaching

You can't "outrun" a bad diet. Proper nutrition is key critical to accomplishing your health goals and can make or break fat loss. If you're looking for meal plans, I'm not your guy. We start slow, building one healthy nutrition habit at a time and eliminating nutrition deficiencies while we're at it. 

4) Built-in accountability through our shared calendar and daily check-ins

This is by far the most powerful component of the program. I hold you accountable through our shared calendar the entire duration that we work together. The shared calendar allows me to see when you have your workouts scheduled, and is also one way that we communicate with eachother. 

5) Unlimited phone, email, and text support

I know you'll have questions along the way, that's why you'll have access to me via email or phone and can contact me anytime during the program.
